Xujun - I agree with whoever wrote the above comment. This report may be accurate, but the Epoch Times does have a strong tendency to exaggerate China's problems, and to accentuate the negatives. That's because the Epoch Times is Falun Gong owned and managed newspaper. One must always read it with care.

MAJ is correct: Epoch Times is a FLG flagsheet. That's not to say the article is wrong, but you should definitely be aware of the paper's bias.
